Account Actions Create Account = Create an account so you can post messages
Edit Account = Edit your account information
Login = Enter your login and password to be able to post on the forums

Forum Actions New Topic = All users are able to create new topics. Forum admins can assign moderators
New Post = Create a post in the topic that you are currently reading
Reply With History = Creates a response to a post and copies the body of that post to your new post
